We’re delighted to be working with UK coffee roasters Redber Coffee to help improve their digital presence.
Redber Coffee is a family run business who are passionate about great quality coffee grown and traded fairly. Based in Guildford, the company hired Grasshopper to help with its social media campaigns and website SEO.
“We chose Grasshopper because of their proven success in the digital marketing arena,” said Redber Coffee’s co-founder Graham Jones. “We know that investment in our online channel is key to our company’s growth and Matt and his team have the skills and experience we need.”
The Redber story
Redber Coffee has a story worth shouting about and prides itself on having no coffee beans sitting on shelves or in storerooms going stale. That way, the coffee its customers receive is the freshest it can be.
Established in 2012 by Graham and his co-founder Petra, Redber rooted itself in Merrow just outside of Guildford, in a humble workshop with just one 2kg batch roaster and a small coffee offering. After what seemed like endless cold winters and sweltering summers in a small workshop, Redber is now happily settled in a much bigger unit (opposite the original site) with three small-batch roasters, a larger Ghibli roaster and an even larger Has Garanti (30kg) and two larger roasters.
They now roast daily and offer over 40 different types of coffees beans and the company even invested in an opening a coffee shop on their industrial premises to serve a freshly roasted coffee to the neighbours. Redber has a growing number of organic and Fairtrade coffee beans and it works with a number of charities.
All Redber’s coffees are roasted to order and by hand. It has grown from serving customers in the Surrey Hills to the UK and Europe.
How we will be helping Redber with it’s Digital Marketing
Redber is a fantastic business that is growing. Grasshopper has been enlisted to help increase the speed of growth in a more strategy way.
We will be implementing customer acquisition strategies using SEO and their Google Shopping Ad Campaign, as well as focusing on increasing customer loyalty and spend through email marketing.
We are excited to be working with Redber. We’re big coffee fans here at Grasshopper and we are also huge fans of local businesses.
